Selected elements

Proto&Go! considers validated the CAD files delivered by the customer and therefore is not responsible if they contain errors.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the properties and performance of the selected material and finish meet the requirements for their specific application.

Budgets A budget is only valid for the CAD template on which it is based. Any changes made to the model require an updated budget.

The quotations are valid for 30 days, after that date the prices may vary.

Prototype tolerances

The general tolerance for process parts is as follows:

Stereolithography (SLA) ± 0.20 mm per 100 mm
Sintering (SLS) ± 0.30 mm per 100 mm
Fused Deposition (FDM) ± 0.10 – 0.30 mm per 100 mm
Polyjet (OBJ) ± 0.20 mm per 100 mm
Silicone mould (PUR) ± 0.20 – 0.30 mm per 100 mm

Metal machining (CNC-M) ± 0.05 mm ± 0.10 mm ± 0.15 mm ± 0.20 mm
Plastic machining (CNC-P) ± 0.10 mm ± 0.20 mm ± 0.30 mm ± 0.50 mm

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure, by their means, that the tolerances obtained by the different processes are minimal and sufficient for the correct functioning of their specific application.

If plans with other tolerances are enclosed, we will endeavour to comply as far as possible without any firm commitment on our part to obtain them.

Conformity with prototypes

If the customer wishes to return the parts received for non-conformity, he must notify us in writing within two working days after receipt of the same. You must also attach a non-conformity report specifying the reasons for the return.

Packaging and shipping

Unless otherwise indicated, the components will be sent by courier the next working day, postage paid and enclosing delivery note.

Unless ordered in advance, the packaging shall be packed in a cardboard box.

Deadline for delivery

The quotes issued include an estimated delivery date, calculated on the basis of the input data. The delivery time is a preliminary indication of the delivery date, and does not bind Proto&Go! in any way whatsoever.

Guarantees. Proto&Go! does not assume any responsibility for the design of the part manufactured. To the extent that Seller’s personnel have recommended design modifications or provided design analysis, simulation or advice, the reason is to help meet the requirements of the manufacturing process itself. The design specifications and performance of the goods are the sole legal responsibility of the purchaser.
